Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Los Angeles, CA
Welcome. I’m Bianca, a licensed therapist in private practice working with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, mood struggles, addiction, identity questions, life transitions, or neurodiversity. My goal is to offer a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and collaborative where people can explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin to move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.
Before starting my private practice, I spent over a decade working in intensive mental health settings, including high-acuity residential treatment programs. During that time I worked closely with individuals experiencing complex and co-occurring challenges. Those experiences deeply shaped the therapist I am today. They taught me the importance of patience, emotional attunement, and approaching people with curiosity rather than judgment. I bring that perspective into my work in private practice.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from USC, where I specialized in Adult Mental Health and Wellness and graduated with high honors as a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society. My clinical training includes work at Casa Bella, Visions, Promises, and Capital Area Counseling, where I learned from multidisciplinary teams that emphasized thoughtful, whole-person care.
My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic and relational. I help clients look at the patterns that shape how they feel, relate to others, and move through the world. I also integrate somatic-informed work and EMDR when appropriate to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation. Therapy with me often involves slowing down, developing insight, and building a deeper relationship with yourself so that change can happen in a way that feels sustainable rather than forced.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy painting and horseback riding, and spending time with my family, friends, and my dog Mick.
If you’re considering therapy and looking for a place to begin, you’re welcome to reach out.
